Doc Appt for my Iguana...

Mr. Greenjeans, the third iguana I have given a home to over the years, has a big lump on his jaw. My other iguana, Iggy, had the same problem. She lived a very happy and healthy life until she passed away.

Just to be sure, because this time the lump has gotten huge, I am taking Mr. Greenjeans up to Duncansville, PA, to the reptile specialist I took Iggy and Spike to when they needed a doctor. I'm hoping it's nothing serious, nothing more than something that can be taken care of with a simple procedure by the vet.

The appointment is Tuesday 1 September, so keep good thoughts for me and my boy on that day.

On a positive not, I have the working copy of the new cover for the reissue of my first novel Into the Mirror Black. I'm keeping it under wraps for now, but my friend and graphic designer Laura is truly awesome. She has a talent for pulling the images from my mind and putting them on my covers.

I can't wait to see what she does for the cover of the reissue of my second novel Angels of the Seventh Dawn. And for my fouth novel Shadows Amongst the Moonlight. And of course all the other books I'm writing.

Go buy lots of copies of my third novel Angels of the Mourning Light. So far, people are sending messages about how much they are enjoying it.

Nighty-nightmares,
F~
